Service Description

This one day course is usually attended by delegates who have delivered at least one Agile Scrum based project. The morning is a refresher on Planning poker and relative complexity estimation as well as release and sprint burn down charts. The afternoon is focused on the practical application of these techniques in real world scenarios.
