Meet George. George has over 15 years of Agile coaching and training experience as well as a being a charted engineer, PMP & Prince 2 Certified programme manager who has worked with software application development teams for the last 25 years. It’s this rounded experience that gives George the edge when leading businesses through Agile transformation. His credibility in traditional project management techniques enables him to engage with project manager communities, showing them how Project managers can embrace Agile transformation and deliver increased output whilst not feeling that Agile is a developer only led change initiative.
George has provided Agile consultancy to some of the largest firms in the world, ranging from companies such as General Electric, Munich Re-insurance, Standards and Poor, Red Bull Racing.
His ground-breaking Agile implementation at Munich- Re was rolled out as the defacto best practice Agile methodology worldwide.
